    Framed Prints

    All framed prints feature our premium fine art paper. This is a museum-quality paper which reproduces photography and artworks with exceptional tonality and renders sharp details with consistent flatness and accuracy.

    For the mat, we use a thick 1.4mm window mount cut from premium, textured mountboard. All mounts are "conservation grade", FSC certified, 100% acid free, and will not discolour or fade with age.

    Canvas

    Our canvas material is a finely textured artist-grade cotton canvas which consistently reproduces image details with outstanding clarity and detail. Each Giclée canvas print is stretched over a made-to-measure wooden frame milled with a curved profile to minimise contact with the face of the canvas and prevent unsightly impression marks and surface cracking.

    The stretched canvas print is then hand finished by one of our experienced canvas framing teams; ensuring each corner fold is perfectly smooth and tight.

    Unframed Prints

    All of our Unframed Prints are made with Hahnemühle Photo Rag which is a heavy-duty paper with a more textured finish than our premium lustre paper, the velvety matt surface is optimised for high-contrast prints. The paper has a warm white hue providing a perfect surface for reproducing paintings, lithographs and fine art photography.

    Shipping

    Allow 10-12 business days from time of purchase for Prints to arrive.

    For international orders, customer is responsible for ALL import duties and custom fees. If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.

    International customers may be contacted for ADDITIONAL shipping fees

    Signature confirmation may be required for some package deliveries, please contact us if you have a question regarding this.

    If your package is returned due to an insufficient address, customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the items reshipped and will not be refunded or credited for shipping fees paid.

    Returns and exchanges

    Yes, however you must contact us within 48 hours from time of purchase. After 48 hrs. customer must contact us about canceling.

    Please send us an email immediately if there is any discrepancy with your order. 

     If you are not satisfied in any way with art from the Keoni Haina Photography website, you may exchange it or return the item within 7 days from RECEIPT of items.

    Shipping charges paid on your order are NOT refundable. You are responsible for the returned shipping cost unless it was an error made by us or the shipping company.

    Store credit will be reimbursed once we approve the item to return to our inventory.

    No problem! Send us an email and send pictures of the damage upon arrival so that we can get you another print.

    However, art prints are very delicate, therefore you need to take extreme measures to ensure the items are returned undamaged. We recommend sending it through a trackable method and insuring the package in the event it is damaged as we will not be responsible for that.  If we receive a damaged item as a return and we are unable to re-enter it into our inventory, we offer you the following options:

    1) We can return the item(s) to you at no additional charge
    2) We can refund 50% of the purchase price of the item(s)
    3) We can offer you store credit for 50% of the purchase price of the item(s)

    *We suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses. Please re-use original packing materials if possible.  We also suggest sending it using a trackable method as well as insuring it since we will not be responsible for pieces that are returned to us damaged.
